Glycon lets you create motion capture for game engines and movies, using nothing but your VR headset. Here I'm using an Oculus Quest 2.
The website has more info, but basically you just put the headset on, and enter the Glycon arena. From there, you have a ton of tools at your disposal, for creating bespoke motion capture for your characters. Easy stuff, and makes custom animations super simple.
